In addition to launching a new line of uncured hot dogs to meet consumer demand, we revamped all packaging and developed a brand positioning strategy. Informally deemed the “Eat Happy Revival,” we positioned Sugardale to be the only brand to say “It’s OK to love hot dogs!” With an unapologetic yet cheerful tone, they celebrate their love of the humble hot dog, alongside everyone else who feels the same.
