After conducting primary and secondary research, we identified two primary segments within our overall target audience: consumers and small business owners. Using insights gleaned from the research as well as site analytics for the cohort, I was able to create distinct personas and user journeys for each segment. This work was used to inform design and campaign briefs for the upcoming year.
